I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy services dedicated to helping individuals and families acknowledge their difficulties and develop strengths that allow them to feel emotionally healthy. I focus on treating adults through the lifespan as they face common challenges with self-esteem, relationships, movements toward personal goals, and the facing of life stressors and traumas. I have spent 25 years working with families involved with multiple systems of care. I employ Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-oriented treatment strategies to support people in feeling a greater sense of control over the problems they face.
