Therapist Introduction
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing a community, home and office-based counseling service dedicated to helping individuals and families acknowledge their difficulties and develop strengths that allow them to feel emotionally healthy again. I focus my practice around adolescents and adults in crisis and engage the supports of the family, the school, and the community in developing different approaches to affect behavioral difficulties that interfere with daily life activities and personal goals. I provide crisis de-escalation services that can include telephone support, collaboration with mobile teams, scheduled home-visits, and referral services. I have spent 16 years working with families involved with the courts and DCF and I have centered my practice primarily around meeting clients in their natural environments. The following types of treatment are used to assist individuals in experiencing more successful outcomes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Current Rate(s) and Fees for Service
Fees for services provided to insured clients include copayment and my contracted rate with the insurance company. For clients whose insurance I do not accept or who wish to pay out-of-pocket, fees include $120 for intake session and $110 for subsequent individual and family sessions. Payment is due at time of service.
